Mother Brain Liiives!!!

ah.... So many good NES memories... but I can only choose one, one?

My #1 NES memory is....

Rushing out of the Metroid caverns after defeating Mother Brain for the first time... Sure, you go back later to see the "real" ending (Samus is a girl??? Horrors!!!), but the finest moment was frantically trying to remember the way out the first time, completely not ready for it. I remember I made it out barely in time (hey I was like 9, okay?) and gasped, out of breath. (I also wasn't that athletic...) Even though Metroid isn't the best NES game (still very good, though), I had the best NES time of my life with it.... and that's my best NES memory.

A very good story and also proves a point. Some of the best times of your life, are spent playing video games.
